Alex and his assistant were really great all around. They were amazing at packing our storage unit efficiently so that everything from our very full truck fit into the unit. They were so helpful and safe while moving some very heavy pieces and also helped me to back the truck out. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Alex, Deandre, Quan and Leo from Step by Step Logistics did an excellent job on our move. They contacted us a couple of hours before their arrival to discuss our moving plans. They were all very polite, professional and assured us that they will get the job done in the time frame we requested. They arrived on time and started working immediately. They handled everything with care and packed all of it securely into our container. They organized our things so well leaving room in the container. What we absolutely loved is that they were able to complete the job in less time than we scheduled!! My husband and I were very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

I had an AMAZING experience moving with Step By Step Logistics!! D’Andre and Quan were extremely professional, arrived early, and had everything done very efficiently. They were super kind and able to go with the flow. My couch didn’t fit in the elevator, and they maneuvered it up 3 flights of stairs in a small spiral staircase. I would absolutely recommend them, and I will most definitely be booking again.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
