We scheduled 2 people for 5pm-7pm, but, when 6pm rolled around, the two guys were still stuck at a previous job...
The people at Kiki's movers managed to get 4 different people to us by 7:30pm in order to try and make up the lost time. By the time we were done (around 8:15), the two movers who were originally scheduled for our job were still stuck at the other place! Frankly, that was a mistake not by Kiki's, but by whoever booked 2 people for 2 hours when it should have been 4 people for 4 hours.
So, although they were late, I appreciated the great effort made to make up for someone else's mistake and get my job done. They tried to make up for lost time by sending more people, and those that showed up came eager to work.

The job for us was to unload two 16"and 1 8' POD.
To start we had a difficult time with Kiki acknowledging / verifying the scheduled date for the unload but finally acknowledged a week before after several calls,, so finally knew we were on their calendar for that day. On the day of the unload, they were past due their arrival time and had to call a couple of times to verify they were on their way, arrived two hours late. Once they arrived the threesome, were friendly, courteous and worked very hard to get the job done.

I hired Kiki's to help me load stuff into a POD for transport to another home. The crew arrived when they said that they would and everyone was friendly and extremely polite. More importantly, the moved and packed my things carefully into the POD and made sure that everything was safe and ready for travel. I had some very heavy furniture pieces and a treadmill that is awkwardly shaped and very heavy. They weren't flustered by anything and it's amazing how efficiently they were able to pack to POD with room to spare. They were also lovely to my 3 dogs :-) Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Foday and his team. They were on time (we were 40 minutes late, which he did not add into the bill ) He kept his team working and treated our property as if it were his own. He even took us to find a restroom to use (while his guys kept working) because we couldn't use the one a storage company.. When he found out we needed to get back home (over an hour away) because a dog had gotten loose he really hustle so we could get on the road. Thank you Foday and team for everything. If we ever need movers again you will be the one we call.
