The PODS service is awesome. They showed up on time for drop off and pick up. They are storing our belongings while we wait for our house to be completed. It was very easy to book and makes moving a lot easier

It worked out and convenient for how we had planned for our move. There was hiccup on delivery but straightened out by the manager in scheduling.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I would use them again.

The drivers are wonderful, the phone staff not so much.

In this area (Central PA, Marietta, Columbia, Elizabethtown), availability for drivers is VERY limited. Be willing to schedule your dropoff and pickup times WELL in advance (1-2 weeks) or risk being charged more for your container. The driver was VERY new and not confident and, while they did their best, ultimately did a very poor job placing the container in our complex.

PODS is a GREAT CHOICE

Late everything, payment issues despite my credit card company verifying everything. Just a mess. Thankfully, the moving company stepped in flexibly.

The guys dropping off and picking up the PODs were great every time. The booking and working with their call center however was a tedious and long process, though ultimately helpful. They made changing pickup/dropoff dates easy. They were not clear that the POD wouldn't be shipped to the new city until I'd scheduled it, so the delivery was delayed by a week, because I thought the POD would be shipped to the new city and then you were just arranging the dropoff date. But you have to schedule every step of the process. Overall, if you have the space for a POD in a driveway and are not in a hurry, it's a good way to move.

2 days late for first pod and likely 9 days late or more for second pod

Pretty good, I got a 16 foot container and packed up a few rooms. It was more than enough space. I am delivering it to the warehouse first, I have yet to pay to deliver it to my future address.

no issues with PODS other than they provided a list of recommended movers to choose from and now I have had my things stolen.

Delivered the POD in the window they scheduled. Did not cause any issues to my drive way. Charged my card of only what was agreed to.

Warning! Always buy the minimum amount of time for moving help to load these. The Website was not clear that I would not get a refund of unused hours. In regard to the delivery of the PODS container, that was interesting watching the person control the movement with just a remote control, but he positioned it perfectly so I could still get my car in and out of my garage.

Motivated Movers Chuck and Anthony Motivated Movers Bradenton FL sent Chuck and Anthony to my home to unload my 16' POD. Motivated Movers promptly sent me confirmation of my request and emailed me to re-confirm as the date became closer. Chuck and Anthony dutifully texted me as promised when they were 30 minutes from my home for arrival. They arrived right on time and met with me to discuss my expectations and further directions, and then went straight to work. I couldn't believe they unloaded the POD in just 2 hours, which included minor assembly of a dining table, shelves, and then moving boxes for me to make it easier for me to unpack with severely arthritic hands that don't work well any more. I couldn't have been more pleased with their dependability, strong work ethic, and their cheerful, respectful behaviors that felt sincere and uplifting during a very stressful time for me. I will request Chuck and Anthony if I need a helping hand in the future. They were amazing and a God-send to me that day.

The pod must have been stored in an area that had a leak. My king & queen mattresses & box springs were ruined. My boxes got warped from getting wet. Was rat poop on some boxes. This is what happened to me but I know people who were luckier.

Pods worked great for us, and they were accomdating and reasonably priced

They were on time, worked steadily. Asked questions when they were unsure of what I wanted them to do with respect to placement of furnishings. NOTHING was damaged. They took extra care to wrap my furniture. Jerry did an excellent job in packing the truck so that every thing was secure and did not shift in transit. I highly recommend this team and this company. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Keep you up to speed on the status of your order. Very easy to work with them.

My whole experience with PODS from the first time I called them in San Francisco until the day I unloaded it in New York City was easy and excellent. And both of the drivers were nice and easy to work with. The driver in New York especially was very knowledgeable about my new neighborhood and worked with me and my movers to find the perfect place to park.

Pods have missed/cancelled/ or changed my delivery/pickup times without notice. If you use them and schedule a pickup/delivery make note that they may not come on the day scheduled. Also, I am not a fan of their containers. The garage door style of opening can get stuck closed if your items shift during transport. Also, I do not believe that they are as weather proof. I prefer the PackRat containers much better. I would go with pack rat.

The POD experience to move was good.I give 4 stars because the scheduling was not great. I had to call 3 times to confirm my delivery date. It was frustrating. The online portal wouldn’t update but they assured me it was scheduled, it was, but in a stressful situation having to call several times was not good.

Worked out really well for us, and about 4K to 5K cheaper then what 2 Men and a truck quoted us.

So far I am not happy with what I have had to deal with regarding POD service. Customer Service has been terrible during the weekend. The man I spoke to was so rude and disrespectful. Told me I had to "listen and pay attention" because I asked him to explain why the container would sit for two weeks after being picked up and transported to their hub. which would leave me 1 week to unpack before being charge. Would not recommend company.

We used PODS for a long distance move and were extremely pleased with the entire process. PODS afforded us complete control over the timing of this move at a cost much less than traditional mover. Great value!

They didn't deliver the Pod on the scheduled day. No communication until I called, they had no idea where their driver was or why he didn't show up to deliver the Pod. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I won't use them ever again.

Were a little late delivering a pod, the the pod was positioned wrong on the delivery vehicle.

Excellent so far. My container was delivered to a storage facility until I find permanent housing so I haven’t seen inside the container upon arriving.

Delivered within the specified window. Picked up within specified window. Equipment in good shape. Chose them for price/convenience. So far, I’d use them again but I won’t take delivery for 3 weeks or so not sure about the total experience.

I have not moved yet, just loaded 1st POD Received on time and after I made 1 drop off date change. Only moving partial household, so I can't go by bedrooms or know sq ft. Will need 2 PODS quoted 2 16', but may only need 1 and 1 8' so price should be a little cheaper in that case and may save some miles, delivering 1 to my son's then both to new address when I get one.

I LOVE PODS!!!! They dropped off perfectly, right at the bottom on my steps; arrived in 3-hr window, and the POD was bigger than I expected.

The PODS service was excellent. The company (P.O.G. Moving Service) that loaded the POD ruined every piece of furniture.

Quickest way to get your stuff out of a home if you need to move across country (ie quick closing time). Will take time to schedule delivery, transportation, and pickup. Save time scheduling each step in advance if able. The delivery driver on both ends were awesome and very helpful. Able to maneuver this crazy equipment into tight spots. I was very impressed. Trouble only comes from scheduling each step if you don’t know dates ahead of time and finding knowledgeable people to help LOAD is key. You want to make sure they protect wooden surfaces and stack furniture so things don’t shift and get damaged or break. Plastic wrap and furniture pads and tape are absolutely necessary.
