The "boss" walked off the job because they wanted to charge double for moving two safes (less than 400 pounds) into the house. Helpers were great, "boss" is a useless sack. Hire a Helper found us a real company to complete the work.
I've moved these safes 3 times with just a buddy and a single dolly. Sad to say that, as a disabled veteran, I single handedly moved the heavier of the two safes into the house myself as soon as the "boss" walked off the job.
Derrick should be ashamed to call himself a "boss" or be running a company that has such poor service. Walking off a job should be a black mark against his "company" being offered any further jobs in my opinion.

Trey and Shannon worked from the time they were dropped off until they were completely done. They were both super respectful and hard working. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an urgent move that I booked for same-day service. They were able to accommodate the urgent request and were on time and courteous. The movers got the truck packed within the time I had scheduled. The only issue was there are a few items that were damaged or broken and because it was booked same day I am unable to claim any damages with the company. Furniture blankets were provided to protect against damage and yet I had several items that were scratched and/or gouged due to mishandling. I was happy with the ability to have someone same day, but even with me providing the necessary equipment I still have some irreparable damage to my items.

They were two hours late from the already 4 hour window and I never received a call or update. They were nice and worked hard enough, but not careful or tactful enough to deal with antiques or anything of real value. I decided to only move about half of what I had planned because I wasn’t confident in their abilities.

They kept me updated with text messages throughout the process. My friend was overwhelmed by their speed, expertise, and their efforts "above and beyond."
