I would not reccomend using this service. They not only dropped and my damaged furniture, but they also caused damaged to the walls of my home. The crew arrived at my home then sat inside their vehicle for 20min. I requested 4 movers and only 3 showed up to the appointment. They were completely unorganized and I had to unload the trucks and provide directions myself otherwise the trucks wouldn't be unloaded in a timely manner. One of the "movers" arrived without a belt nor shoe laces. His pants litterally fell to his ankles while carrying furniture. I felt like I was on one of those TV prank shows. I had to provide him a belt so he could be more productive. After seeing me provide the one "mover" with a belt a second "mover" asked for one as well.
The third gentleman was constantly on his phone dealing with other customers that he over booked. He then attempted to lie about his arrival and leave 45min early. I paid for 4hrs and he attempted to leave after 3hrs. After explaining to him I knew exactly what time he actually arrived thanks to my ring doorbell he began catching an attitude.
I understand that we are living during tough times, and I loved that I was able to give back to the local economy. However my experience was less than desirable and I would look elsewhere for help moving.

I can't even begin to express what an amazing job these guys did. They were/are punctual, neat, efficient and thorough. I should have started here and I would have saved a lot of time.

Derrick and his crew were on point!! The 3 of them unloaded a 26' truck and loaded everything into a 10'x20' storage unit, in less than 3 hours! Great guys! Great attitudes! And very conscious of load/unloading to prevent damage. Can't say enough good things!

The workers were great. The charge was in question. The guy quoted me a price of $232. When he called me back he changed it to the higher price and denied that he had quoted me the lower price. When he quoted the lower price I asked my two daughters if that was a good price and we all agreed. When he called back the price was raised. I’m sure on the recording it would show he said the lower price. Unhappy
