The helpers were here early. They did a good job, were polite, explained what they were doing and why when loading the truck. I would give them a good recommendation to anyone that is looking for helpers.

Aside from being here an hour & a half later than expected. They did a good job. Very friendly! Very polite! Never stopped until the job was done! Oh & did I mention that they even came a day early?? I relocated from another state, got here some & called to let them know if they wanted to do it today I’m here. Otherwise, I’d see them in the morning. I got a call later & said they could do it today!!
I did get charged an extra $10.85 I’m gonna guess that’s for the change in the schedule. But what’s $10 when you can get things unloaded a day earlier? Thank You for all the hard work going up that flight of stairs!!

They were 1.5 hrs late. They were bickering amongst loudly themselves. They forgot to put a piece of furniture on the truck. I found it off to the side.

I wish I could give this company more stars. Coming all the way from N. Carolina on 2/19/2021 which is about a 6 1/2 hour drive away, they still were willing to unpack my truck when we arrived which was 11:00 that night. Just to keep a long story short, I hired movers in the morning that arrived later than expected, ran into traffic on the way which delayed the arrival time as well as an accident. Kept in contact with Derek from Day&Night Movers to let them know the situation and they still were willing to move us. Day&Night movers arrived at 11 like he said they would and they finished at 11:49. The y were fast and efficient. I would recommend that you use this company. Great customer service and great communication.
Also, they met us the next day to help move the rest of our belongings from my in-laws to the new house.
