They were perfect -- arrived exactly when expected, worked efficienly but super carefully. Everything finished right on time for a big job. Not a single item damaged on a whole house move both loading and unloading.

If I could leave them 10 STARS I would! These guys WERE AWESOME! The original movers, that I hired on Hire-a-Helper were no-shows, so Hire-a-Helper found Smart Move and they apparently were on the road in minutes. They came from an hour and half away. They called me within 15 minutes of being hired to tell me they were on their way and would call me when they were 15 minutes from being at my place. They actually called when they were 20 minutes from being at my place. They came with moving blankets, tie-down straps and they worked EXTREMELY HARD! They were very respectful of my property and of me and my family. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!! I can't say enough nice things about them.

We needed a 26ft Uhaul truck unloaded with furniture from a home sold and put into our bonus room. We asked for 4 guys from Smart Move that showed up on time and quickly/carefully completed the project in 1.5 hours although the minimum time required is 2 hours. We were very happy with the guys and the service. Worked very well for our situation.

We can not say enough about the wonderful job D.J. and Jamal did for us. They were both respectful, courteous, careful, and very hard working. They worked steadily for well beyond the pre-established 4 hour time frame. They didn't even stop for a break or for lunch. The treated our propert as if they was their own.
We would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
