they were 1 hr late. They seemed tried and worked slow. I didnt mind the extra 1 hr that went over, but the work rate was very very slow. We dont mind paying higher pe hr, if only the speed or the work was faster!!. We have a 2 yr old at home, and they had come in at 7 (late by 1 hr) and extended the work time till late into the night.

They did show up within the hour that was allowed for their arrival. They were not prepared for the job at hand. In all fairness...I think the website should have had a question as to what type of terrain would the hireahelper be working.
They did work very hard when they worked, taking a several breaks, leaving empty H2O bottles on the ground when they left.
It was a tight fit getting the leather couch into the living area. I cringed when they chose to slide the leather couch on its armrest side across the hardwood floor without something to protect it from the floor and the a/c return vent which scuffed the leather. When the freezer took a tumble off the truck ramp, because as one young guy stated he didn't think he needed to use the dolly straps.
No, I would not use them again.

When they pulled up, I'll be totally honest, I was somewhat appalled. The two young men they sent were high school students. That lasted for about 10 minutes as they started working. They were smart with their movements, careful with my belongings, very efficient and through. They assembled two pieces and did so quickly and accurately. I would hire them in a heart beat again as they took the job seriously, worked very hard and very extremely responsible. I couldn't ask for a better team.

The guys from Smart Move, LLC were great! They were on time and were prepared for the help that I requested. They worked really hard and got a lot done in 2 hours! They were respectful of my property and always asked when they noticed something that might be slightly damaged or broken as they were unloading my Ubox--these were damages due to shipping the UBox, not due to Smart Move, LLC. I would definitely use them again!

Our HireAHelpers were right on time and after surveying the items to be moved into our pod, began right away. They were very polite the entire time here (I've never met more polite young men). Very hard workers. They got every single piece in the pod - quite a feat in itself. I wish I could use them to unload the pod.
