Pending claim for damages during move. Workers were very friendly but overall milked the clock to cause excess charges. Loading time not consistent with estimated time to load 5 bedroom home. A lot of damages. Would not recommend.

Thomas, Tyler, and Victor were a godsend. Thomas was the team leader and truck packer deluxe. Tyler and Victor were great at getting things delivered to the correct rooms and setting things back to normal.
From my initial online contact to the move the communications with Smart Move were exceptional. They inquired about our needs, checked in several times the week before the move, and called when enroute, showing up right on time. A great value and experience. I wish we could turn Washington DC over to Smart Move!

Two gentlemen showed up on-time (early actually!) and well-prepared to help with my move. They called when they were 30 minutes away and also when they arrived. Their communication and focus during the 2 hour process was great. I was happy with their pace, furniture wrapping, and uhaul loading. At the end I signed the final bill and all was as expected. Thanks Smart Move!

These gentlemen knew their stuff! They were polite and positive and really went above board helping me sort through the boxes to decide where best to put them and and were very understanding of my need to leave on short notice. I still can’t believe how much they got done today!

The movers arrived on time. They handled the furniture professionally without any incident or damage. The unloading location required carrying very heavy furniture up very steep stairs and they did a very good job.

They were hard working and got the job done in an efficient time frame. However, they were 3 hours late and did not provide an explanation for this. Additionally, no paperwork was provided after the job was completed and I did not receive a hard copy of the invoice.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
