SmartMovers did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. They were puntual, thorough, diligent with delicate boxes, super hard working and even did my installation for several furniture pieces without any additional charge! Will highly recommend them for anyone looking to move.

Arrived nearly an hour after the scheduled arrival window. Clearly not hustling to get job done. Ended up taking 1 1/2 hours longer than scheduled to basically move 2 bedroom sets and 12 boxes. Because they arrived late had to rent truck for 2 extra hours. Have used your service 3 years ago and had an excellent experience. Not sure I will ever use you again or refer friends

We hired two guys from Smart Move to load up a 16 foot pod. They called me before hand, were on time, and were prepared. They loaded up my pod strategically to make sure that it would not topple over. I did not unload the pod yet, but it looked pretty tight on there. They were respectful of property and goods and they checked to make sure they were completed with the job. They did take 3 hours to load the pod but I think time was spent to make sure nothing would fall off the pod. I would use them again!

The Smart Move crew arrived on time. They were pleasant and respectful of our belongings and of our time, finishing the work within the contracted two hour time frame. The communication was excellent, keeping us apprised of their time of arrival, etc. The leader who was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. My motivation in hiring professional movers was to make sure that whoever loaded our belongings understood the best way to maximize space and protect items from damage. Everything seems to be secure and well-packed, so mission accomplished. I would hire professional movers again if faced with a similar moving situation. Thanks!

Maurice and his crew did an awesome job moving some very heavy furniture into a 2nd floor walk-up. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated about their arrival time. If you're moving in RTP I highly recommend them.

These guys came and worked hard to unload my freight trailer. They were scheduled for Tuesday morning, but my trailer arrived early and they came that Monday evening. They were very respectful to us and our property.

These guys did a great job! Can't say enough good things. They showed up on time, worked steadily all day, were very careful with our items - nothing was damaged and we had a lot, including a 500 lb pool table that needed to go up a flight of stairs. The guys were also polite and pleasant and able to stay even longer than we had scheduled. Extremely satisfied! Reasonable rates as well! Thanks guys!

The men that came to move us were very respectful and acted professional. They moved all of our furniture with great care but it took longer than it should have. They had a difficult time loading the truck to fit the maximum load. They were not as efficient as they should have been. Overall, they did an average job.

Outstanding workers who were not only friendly but also very hard workers who were meticulous and were able to squeeze out every cubic foot of space from our two containers. What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
