The movers were nice and professional. My issue is with the management. The movers said they only had an hour or two of sleep due to a late job the night before. You could tell they were exhausted.

I ordered 4 guys and only three showed up. They kept telling me he was on the way. The fourth guy had the dolly's with him so they did not have the right equipment. About an hour into the job on off the guys fell off the truck and got hurt. So now I was down to two guys. The other two guys were ok but did not know how to pack the truck so a lot of time was wasted waiting for them to find someone else to help. At about 2 1/2 hours they finally had to got get another person to help them. I hired them for three hours it took 5 hours to get the job done. So really I had 3 guys that worked a total of three hours and they still charged me the four hours. Telling me that they were giving me a break because they did not charge me the extra hours. The guys that were there we not the problem. I think the boss should have done a better job trying to fix the situation. I felt bad the guy got hurt. But the real issue was that the fourth guy never showed up and that was never addressed. I would not use this company again because of the management. I used Hire a help on the other end of my move and the service was great. Just depends on the contractor you pick I guess.

They were very careful with all my items, and wrapped everything in furniture pads. The uhual was expertly packed, and the guys were courteous and professional. The only con is they were a little late, but they got done very quickly so it didn't matter!
One of my items did get scratched in transit, so be sure that someone is at the truck "directing" how things are packed.

Garrett and Eric were awesome! They kept me posted on their ETA and when they arrived, they assessed everything and went right to work. They were very courteous and careful. They took a lot of the stress out of my move. Unfortunately, I will have to move again in August, but fortunately, hopefully I will have Garrett and Eric to move me again. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys! Even phone communications with the company were pleasant.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
