Our helpers were 15 min ahead of schedule. They were not prepared for the job. No moving supplies (blankets, dolly, tape). They worked hard. Yes, they were very respectful of our property and goods. Yes, I will use them again.

They were very respectful and polite. They worked hard! The only bad thing is that they were not on time but called because they were getting some rope. At about the 2 hour mark , he wanted to add some time. When I reminded them that they started at 9 and not 8,that was all that was said about it and we were done at 3 hours. Money well spent.

The two guys from Smart Move, LLC who came over to load and unload our stuffs arrive on time, they were very courteous, they are prepared for the job, they really work hard, they were respectful and i don't have any complain about them. Yes I will hire them again and recommend to my friends if they need load/unloading job.

Garrett and Brandon are two of the most hard working individuals around. They are both polite and accommodating to a fault. They followed directions and responded to requests without question or complaint. Garrett is extremely competent and loaded the truck in the most efficient manner possible. There was not a square inch of wasted space. The moved the contents of a 1900 square foot home in nine hours. I highly recommend this team.

I was very impressed by the service. Both gentlemen Garret and Edmund went above and beyond to make sure all items were major were packed well and placed inside the container to maximize space. They also lifted some extremely heavy plant pots around 200-250 lbs which very unwieldy and difficult to move.
They were very polite and friendly. They deserved a good tip as well.
Very pleased with the service and will be using them to unload at my new home at a later date.

DID NOT SHOW! We hired them to help us unload and they did not show. We were on time and contacted them b/c they were not on site to meet us. At that point, they told us they were running late (potentially past the hour window they have). We said that was ok and they were supposed to call when they were 30 minutes away. We waited and never received a call from them. (Waited for an hour and 45 minutes). I called two numbers I had for them several times and was unable to reach them. Then called Hire a Helper who was also unable to reach them. Ended up cancelling the order with them and Hire a Helper found us new unloading help. After the Smart Move order was cancelled, THEN they called me and tried to blame us for the problem! Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a move.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
