George and his guys did a great job! They showed up a couple minutes ahead of the scheduled time and were prepared with all sorts of moving supplies! I had a lot of furniture moving in and out of pods and in and out of houses and most of it was very heavy furniture that needed to be moved up and/or down a flight of stairs. They worked hard and were able to get the job done in a timely manner.

I initially had a lot of frustrations with the subcontractors who completed my move but when I made the company aware of it they quickly reached out and provided a refund and apology for my inconvenience. I really appreciated the follow-up and good customer service. I know moves don't always go smoothly, but it was great to have such a kind and responsive company follow up with me.

Tried to come early, which isn’t helpful to add to the stress of a moving situation. Tried to charge us for cardboard boxes for $25 each because they were bigger than my totes so it was going to make it ‘more professional’ (their words) yet I’d have to pay extra. No thanks, I paid enough for the services, I didn’t need to pay extra for boxes so big, I don’t know how they were going to move those up a staircase as opposed to a traditional sized moving box. Always trying to impose with more accessories to charge for. I eventually called hire a help to speak with the company to stop them from continuing to price gauge for more.
