These guys were very professional and clean. They were on time, helped with packing the boxes and finished entire job in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them.

The part of the job that was completed was done well. However, now I'm left with half (my upstairs) of an undone move so today I'm looking for another service to complete my move. When movers arrived we spent the first 45 mins on the phone with Hire a Helper and Van Lines trying to understand why the job was grossly miss quoted. As soon as showed them what needed to be moved I was told the job was too big for 2 guys and they needed double the time and 2-3 more guys which of course would more than double the price! When I connected with Hire a Helper to explain I was literally on hold for 50 minutes and no resolution but told it's up to the movers to decide what's needed for the job etc. I have moved more than few times and this was the worst. The guys did moved my entire downstairs perfectly but I would never use either service again.
