The workers argued and yelled at each other.
They allowed curio,cabinet to fall in pod it caused the crown molding to come loose.
They hit the front door jam and scraped the paint off,, hit the corner of the up stairs wall and created advent and a crack. Torn the weatherstrip on the door garage entry door with the washing machine all tnis on a brand NEW house!
My refrigerator got dented in the pod.
Would have second thoughts in using them again.

Did the work hard - yes, when they were not arguing

Peter and Adam was how unloaded our two pods. We paid them for 6 hours and everything could of been out easily in 4 hours but every 15 min. they took a cigerate brake. They then told me they had too much time and went as slow as they could. He even had the nerve to say it was 2:55 you have 5 min. before 3 and that's 6 hours. There was still more stuff to unload. They left at 6 hours and I had to finish moving things around because they thought they had too much time. I wouldn't use Peter again, but I would call Hire a Helper and ask for their best guys.

I called them the day before the service to confirm and they didn't seem to know who I was. The said they would call back within 2 hours to confirm but they did not call. I called the 800 number for packrat and they called them and the owner/manager finally called me back and confirmed arrival for between 9-10 am the next day. They called me at 9:30 the day of service and said it would be closer to 11am for them to arrive. They called again at noon saying running late and were just leaving from Orange County (job was in Riverside County). Finally arrived about 2:00pm. Performance on the job was fast and efficient. Would not use them again if timing was important.

The movers were great! They actually moved up the scheduled time for my convenience. Both movers were careful with our possessions, and they were friendly and professional. This was just a short-term move, with another one coming up in a few months, and I plan to hire them again.

I requested two men for two hours to unload a 16x8x8 moving POD. They did the job within the time period, were extremely careful and did not stop till they were finished.
The price was very reasonable, as well.

They were a few minutes late but no big deal. After checking my initial move effort they suggested I let them start over which turned out to be the right decision. They went to work, wasted no time, handled items with care. I would use them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All we need, is anything on top of items that we are moving to be cleared off. Knowledge that they are providing the truck and any moving blankets needed. To be available for any questions that might come up and to be in earshot during their relaxation as we provide our services.
What types of moves have you handled?
All types of moves, local, long distance and especially specializing in office moves. Commercial moves, military moves, port moves. Hazardous material moves, structure moves and other various moves. We have moved things that truly we're not meant to be moved in one piece studio apartments the entire structure walls doors roof electricity plumbing everything. Photos if asked lol.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Experiencing the look and feeling of the customer once they realize, everything they thought was possible is being done right in front of her eyes.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands-On with me on a job for weeks until they graduate to solo abilities. Unfortunately for them I contain 30 years of modular furniture experience insulation tear down and relocating and warehousing trashing out wiping down finished product. Executive offices $70,000 desks one little dent your life is over. That military training LOL it's passed down every single one of my employees because moving is easy if you do it right and it's hard to damage anything with blankets and knowledge truly
