The guys were running behind but they did call and let me know in advance so that was appreciated. When they did arrive, they started to work immediately. The loaded the truck up like tetris masters and packed it well and tight. Once completed, the went on to the destination and met us there to unload. Gotta give credit to these guys. Very professional and task oriented. Worked without taking a break even though it was extremely hot and humid that day. Thanks so much for your hard work!

At the end of the day, they got the job done in less time than expected (with 3 flights of spiral staircases) and packed the container with as much care as needed so it doesn't shift during transport. Solid value for the money and I would absolutely use them again.
They dragged some upholstery of a couch and bed on the ground but I would have done much worse. They called 10 minutes in advance to let me know they are about 15 minutes away - which I appreciated. They were actually 35 minutes away - which I didn't appreciate. They still finished with plenty of time to spare and I feel confident in the finished work.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
