Chris & Daris did an outstanding job! They actually called to see if they could start earlier since their previous job finished early. They were very professional and are experts at moving and loading. I will be requesting them in the coming weeks to un-load the PODS when our floors are refinished.

The 2 movers were about an hour-and-a-half late, though they did call in a timely manner to let me know their progress. Fortunately I was able to convey to PODS dispatch the delay and to have the container picked up later in the 4-hr window. Once the movers did arrive, they were great. Very neat and polite. Despite one of the guys having a badly injured finger from the job previous to mine (part of the reason for the delay), the two were very efficient, carefully getting all my furniture to fit in the container. And they also helped with a few items I needed moved, some to the basement and some to the upstairs. A really pleasant experience.

I recommend this company without hesitation. The men were on time, prepared and went about their responsibilities quickly and efficiently. These were the same two guys (Trent and Ricky) who moved our furniture earlier in the winter and were very patient helping us place tables, chairs and a couch about the rooms. They are fine representatives of the company and I would not hesitate to have them back to help with future moves.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
