Good job overall. They worked really hard to take apart two beds that were difficult. Remember to ask them to bring tools in advance if you need them (e.g., screwdriver), otherwise they won’t have any tools.
Also, know that YOU will need to put down plastic if you want to protect any carpet. I didn’t know they wouldn’t do that, and it had snowed that day, so my carpet was dirty and soaked from them walking in and out with wet shoes. This will be especially important if you are selling your house and your Buyer will expect clean carpet.
These guys move super fast and they will get your stuff moved within your window, so no worries. They also pack incredibly tight, so they will help you make the most of every inch of your truck or Pod which is a good thing. They actually care about saving you money!

I have used this company twice . The guys showed up on time , they were clean well mannered and respectful. I am totally recommending this company. I was amazed at the amount of energy and how fast and diligent they worked . Thank you for the great job ! But it’s not over I am calling them one more time to finalize the last of my move, so see you soon. Thanks again for the great job!!!

They arrived on time . I had rope and tie downs in a bucket none were used!! Cushioning blankets and rugs none were used!! Noticed some of my boxes were placed on there sides not in upright position hoping my kitchen aid box is not one of them I took pictures of their work and will find out when pods arrive 2-20-19 if everything is okay I am not sure these guys had the proper training on loading a pods . The pods pick up guy put some rope on my things by the door . The bed and box spring were not against the side wall but protruding into the middle of pods . I am losing sleep over this wanted to contact earlier but was on a time line.
Pods arrived what a mess! Mattress & box spring are leaning over from all the weight of unsecured boxes which have fallen over during move cabinet and sofa holding them up. Had to slowly move out boxes with little space. Heart breaking!
Found the ropes and tie downs in the bucket I gave them never used! Along with the packing blankets and rugs .never used he just packed them. Have a claim in with hire a helper I also tipped them $50
I am very upset with this so called help!

Two gentlemen, Trent and Ricky, were at our house on time during what might be the coldest day of the year. They were organized, wrapped our furniture, and treated it with care moving it from our home into a storage pod. Will not hesitate to have these two fellas back in our home to unload the pod in the future.

Both the guys were great. They came in and worked quickly and were very nice to me and my family. They tackled my heavy items easily and did exactly what I asked them to do. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

It’s the second time I am using their service. Same moving company, same workers, but this time situations were much more difficult. Freezing temperature, load from multiple locations, presence of snow and then unload to a house where the floor was just finished. They were very professional at work. Just tell them what you want and they will handle. Arrived on time, finished on time. No complaints. I would recommend them to anyone any season.

My packers, Trent and Ricky, were very professional. They arrived a tad later than expected, due to traffic and poor weather, but kept me informed as to their ETA. They looked at the items I had packed and felt they could get everything in the POD and maybe more. They worked extremely hard, slipping and sliding on the ice as they packed the POD in the middle of a snow/sleet storm. They brought all of the needed supplies and were very respectful of our property and goods, even limiting their trips to the upstairs bedrooms in order to avoid tracking snow on the carpet. I would use S & L Express Moving Services again.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
