The helpers were great! Both of the guys worked really hard and got the job done asap.

There was some miscommunication between the coordinating person from S&L and the "helper", a guy named Paris, so we got off to a late start (but that sounds like par for the course in this industry). Paris was great - nice guy, made the whole thing so much easier. Recommend him anytime. Contacted the day before and they were able to help me out.

Hired movers for moving out one day and moving in the following day. Both times, the movers arrived over an hour late; however, both times, the movers did a great job, were courteous and moved very quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with how much they were able to put in the truck/van we rented and how stable everything was packed.

They two movers were very courteous. They were a little late due to a directions mishap but were very careful with my furniture. I didn't have much for them to move, so it was a fairly easy job for them. It would be great if services offered less than 2 hours, but I also understand.

They were very hard working. I have never seen anyone fly up and down 4 flights of stairs with boxes so fast in my life! Great work, I would use their services again!

Very friendly, not as professional as your typical moving company. They showed up at the wrong building end, and rather than calling, they stayed outside and smoked assuming I was late. So the start was a little rocky, although they were very hard working and honest. The job was for the most part completed with great satisfaction.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
