We were very pleased with the help we received. The two men that came to help pack were accomplished, friendly, polite and very helpful. The exact same could be said for the two men that came to unpack.
They were only a few minutes late on the first day. They were over an hour late on the second day,but they did call two times to keep us updated. Their being late worked out well for us, since the owner of the belongings and her daughter were also late arriving, and it would have been difficult for the two men to properly unpack without the owner and her daughter there for the majority of the time.
The fact that I made out the checks to a name other than S&L Express made me a little uneasy. I cannot say why exactly, and if it hasn't caused any problems from other customers than I guess it shouldn't be an issue with me.

S&L Express Services was a great choice for my recent move. They were everything I could have asked for and more. The two helpers were on time, polite, quick, and efficient with our time. Everything went smoothly! I will definitely use them for my next move - which is hopefully not for a while!

LaShaun and Trent were AMAZING! I will surely hire them again for my next move. They were courteous, polite, careful, and so strong! I moved 300 miles from St. Louis to Chicago, bringing a packed to the ceiling 24' Uhaul with me. I hired them for unpacking help at my new apartment. My arrival time was scheduled for 4pm, but i ended up being two hours late!!! LaShaun courteously checked in with me at noon to see if I had departed. I hadn't. He then told me to call him back when I arrived in the city. At 6pm, I gave him a call. He was very professional, and didn't make me feel guilty or like I was inconveniencing him. He and his son showed up sharply dressed and ready to work. They carried 3 and 4 large boxes at a time, yet damaged NOTHING! They were so focused, that I had to force them to take a quick break for water. In two hours, they miraculously unloaded everything into the correct rooms. I researched so many movers before choosing them, and the reviews are true. You will not be disappointed.

They were fabulous!!!! This is the second time we have used them and have been happy both times. They took their time to properly pack our truck and nothing broke on our long trip from Chicago to Houston. They were on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently, while still being very careful with our items. We were so happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

I found both of my helpers (they did all the work) to be both extremely courteous and caring when it came to packing my truck. It was done in a short amount of time and I reached my destination ( 1200 miles) without any damage to my cargo.

Lashaun and crew were fantastic. They worked quickly, took care with our stuff, and even moved a piano down a flight of stairs. The truck was packed perfectly, and when we got to our destination it was as if nothing inside had moved an inch. We couldn't have done it without them. Thanks to the folks at S & L.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
