Didn’t have tools. Didn’t use blankets to protect furniture until I asked them to. Boxes arrived in poor shape. Most were crushed. Didn’t know how to protect washing machine with the shipping g bolts I had. I would not recommend this service and have lost faith in hire a helper. Went with 2 men and a truck on the receiving end. Much much better.
