These guys were amazing! They moved my entire apartment in one hour and I have a LOT of stairs! Very professional, polite, introduced themselves individually as they came in. They packed my POD perfectly, they didn’t nick or have any scratches on any walls. I am so completely taken back by the teamwork. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great work guys, thank you again so much!

The amount of damage these movers caused is beyond comprehension! Every single piece of furniture is damaged and many of the boxes were crushed due to negligent loading.
The boxes were loaded with the smallest ones on the bottom – clearly marked as fragile, with heavy book boxes and then furniture loaded on top. Half the boxes in the load were crushed as a result.
The furniture was flung on top and not secured. The packing was such that EVERYTHING was flung around during transport! Boxes slammed around and flipped during transport. Furniture was catapulted within the space so that the padding was ripped and the wood was gouged. Chair legs pierced boxes, then snapped. The man who packed the trailer was UTTERLY INCOMPETENT! He clearly had ZERO EXPERIENCE, ZERO COMMON SENSE, and did not care AT ALL about what he was doing. This move was the opposite of professional. It was a complete HACK JOB!
The 3 movers were hired for the minimum amount of time, 2 hours. They were done in one hour. There was no rushing involved, so there was plenty of time to pack with more care.
With any kind of remotely professional packing, my belongings should have arrived at least 95% intact. This exact load had already been loaded, transported, and unloaded by actual professionals with no damage whatsoever. The amount of damage caused by .Amazing movers is about 75% of my belongings, and 99% of my furniture. I deeply regret not having another person with me to supervise the loading since these supposed “professionals” had no idea what they were doing. I am beyond furious and crushed by the damages!
