They arrived super late. They messed up the order of the service. I am not too mad because they were polite and all but it should not happen at all after 2-3 confirmation phone calls before the actual day. Definitely something you can improve. I am satisfied with the overall services. Would be nice if you provide a packing help video/webpage to teach movers how to pack properly so it saves both of our times, labor, and money.
Might use them again if I am tight on budget.

The movers were EXCEPTIONAL!! They were courteous, professional, prompt, and strong. We will definitely use A-1 Movers again the next time we need help with a move. They even carried our heavy table and daybed to the curb for trash day.
