The movers were 3 1/2 hours late and didn’t let me know until after the first hour of them not showing up. In my opinion, it took much longer than it should’ve to move what I had. They were still very respectful and nice, so no problems there. They said there were truck problems so I don’t see why they couldn’t have called me when the truck problems started, not when it was resolved.

Alex and crew did an awesome job. They arrived on time, took care of our stuff, loaded everything on the truck with tetris skills, and finished on time. One of our best moves ever and we move a lot. Bonus points for navigating a heavy treadmill through a small hallway without damaging anything.

The team we had did a fantastic job on our move from McKinney to Wylie. All three worked hard and really took minimal breaks. it was a tough move that required two trips and allot of furniture moved up stairs. They were very professional and overall as good as it gets. I would highly recommend A#1 Movers.

They arrived after the window of time we had requested. We had agreed on paying four movers but only 3 came. They charged me for 1.75 hours of overtime which was very inconvenient for my schedule and the reason I had arranged for 4 movers. One more mover should have saved me 1.75 hours. I had called their main office 2 days before and was assured that they would be able to achieve the goals we set. I am extremely disappointed with the results of my experience.

Team was on time and worked fast. Tightly packed my small 7’ pod. Were very courteous and spoke and understood English. My one suggestion is for management. When a client books a contract, it should be explained to the client that when job is over, the client must find the email from hire a helper to release reserved funds to pay for job.
