The movers were 4 1/2 hours late. The customer service rep kept giving me a late estimate and it was excuses and excuses. The movers showed up late and were subcontractors from A1 movers. They were very quick to move our stuff but took very good care of all the furniture and boxes etc. I would recommend the actual movers but I was very unhappy with the moving company. They did discount the move $50 but too little too late

Seemed like a reputable company based on other reviews but they were delayed, unprofessional and not careful with our stuff. I understand being delayed because it happens but please just ring when it does happen. I had to be the one to ring and find out they would be 2 hours late. The biggest issue though was not showing up with masks and their general lack of professionalism. Luckily we had some spare masks but it was obviously a joke to them. While they did some hard work, they didn't really handle things with much care. I'm not sure the treadmill and washer cords will work on the other end. Finally we said that we were donating a few things so not to bother loading them onto the truck, which seemed to give free rein to rifling through our stuff asking if we had this or that to give away. This is an unprofessional lot based on the two guys that showed up for us so be wary of hiring these folks.

A #1 said they would be @ my residence at a certain time. When that time came no one from the moving company showed up. No call or explanation as to why no one showed up, no call or anything. We simply waited and waited, then just booked another company. These guys may do great work, We’ll never know. BOOK AT OWN RISK

They did a great job with fitting everything into the POD. They made good use of the space. They were respectful of the goods and worked hard to get it all completed in a reasonable amount of time. They were willing to go above to get the job done. I would highly recommend them!
