Our three movers from Top Tier Texas Moving called promptly that morning and showed up on time. The movers were extremely respectful and courteous, and did the best job they could do given the limited resources they had. We hired the movers primarily to help us with the heavy items such as a safe, piano, and large sectional. They didn't use any straps, moving disks, or furniture dollies to complete this move, therefore, we ended up with some dented floors and a broken armoire leg. Not to mention, they were fatigued quickly. This company has a good thing going with their workers, they just need more of a professional service.

I thought the jacked around a lot.
They broke a very valuable marble top table and dropped several pieces of art work I have don’t and did damage.,
All there time was spent wrapping items which took the whole 3 hours. I knew they were playing me about a hour and half in. I’ll never use this service again.

They showed up nearly 3 hours late after telling me multiple ETA's that kept getting pushed back. Granted, there were some circumstances out of their control that caused the delay but it was not handled well in my opinion. The guys got everything done in the allotted time window but were not the most careful with handling items, i.e. some boxes were not carried upright, items banging into walls while carried out, etc. Ultimately they got the job done but I would not recommend them and would not hire again.

Overall they did a great job. Very friendly and nice. They did arrive 40 min late and stayed in the car an additional 20 min waiting on the pod. But once they got to work they did good. I had to pay an extra hour for my 1 bedroom apartment with 2 flights of stairs. So 6 hours was not enough and my washer and dryer did not make it into the 16 foot container.

They were hired to unload a one bedroom apartment from a 16 ft truck rental. They did a good job on a hot afternoon and accommodated a couple of extra tasks. The two were very nice and I would use them again.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had in moving. I have hired professional movers to help nine times. They did not wrap my furniture with care, did not use the provided blankets I gave, sat wood on wood, causing it to rub against each other during the drive taking the finish off on many pieces of furniture. Numerous Rubbermaid buckets were not secure with rope that I had provided and fell over and were open when we arrive with the truck. They . Damage a brand new rowing machine. Sat a motorized Jeep up on top of the screen of a treadmill with no blanket. Who does that?? A different company unloaded the truck two days later and said it was the worst job they had ever seen and could not believe how much of my stuff was damaged my losses on furniture repair antiques and broken items is over $3000 now. And you offered me $300 to shut up and go away. I would not recommend you to my worst enemy.

On the plus side, their crew was courteous and personable and appeared to work very hard from start to finish. I tipped them well at the end of their service. However, we were very disappointed when we saw the extent of damages to our furniture and other property during the unloading process on the receiving end. The unloaders in Colorado can attest to this. I have many photos of the extensive damages, including broken furniture, uncovered upholstered furniture with dark stains, etc. etc. Some pieces of upholstered furniture were left uncovered and appear to have been thrown on top of the stack without regard to the risk of damage. There is much more to say about the details of damages, but all in all we were very disappointed with their packing methods and so would not recommend them despite how hard they worked and despite their pleasant, positive attitudes.

(Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)

Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
