Rene and John did a fantastic job. They asked questions to make sure they packed for our needs and whether the items were to be in storage for any length of time. We highly recommend these guys!! They were quickly and even finished ahead of our scheduled time.

The service was good three out of the four men made it on time. They communicated with me well.. they moved all of my items within the three hour timeframe however there was slight damage on one of my walls and although one of the movers showed up late, we were compensated for it so as far as I’m concerned, their job was satisfactory. Perhaps I’ll leave a tip if they show me where to go to do that

Still waiting for my. Refund. I was quoted $535.76 for 2 crews 2hrs . I was charge $200.00 right away. And when the job is done I was still charge $ 535.76. I asked the guy about it. They refund me the 200.00 I’m still waiting.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
