They ended up being an hour late due to the earlier job taking longer then they thought. However Damian called to let us know they would be late and arrived as expected. Damian & Jake were very accommodating & worked hard.
We moved furniture out of our family room into the garage to have our floors refinished & will use them again to return the furniture back into the room.

They were late and didn't answer phone. Called the hiring company and got in touch with them. The loading was fine except they had no tools with them. Bed could not been taken down as requested. Two hours done and they got another job after mine. I had handyman coming for remainder of job. My lawyer said the bed should have been in there as I have an eviction and CPO so big miss.They come back and tell me never told they needed tools, yet their site says they do bring tools. Late, no tools. The bed is taken apart on second trip. This time the second person won't listen to me. Disregarded my emploring to take the stools out and then have room. Would not have happened if done right in first place. He pushes it in, closes the POD and rips the bottom material all because he won't listen to the client. Filed a claim. Now I have to find other helpers. I was fearful for retaliation. The packing picture given to my opposing counsel looks like a crap job. Bed outside perimeter, stools on top of each other. I would have taken stools out to load the bed they should have loaded. Poor customer service and very disrespectful to a female customer living alone.

I had booked on Memorial Day for the next morning and was not even sure I'd have anyone show up, but they were there early! I had a move out of storage and they loaded the truck so efficiently that I could have gotten a smaller one. They handled items with care and the one guy helped with backing the truck up. I would use them again if needed.

We had a wonderful experience with Elite Haulers. They were on time, efficient, worked incredibly hard, and were friendly the whole time, despite the weather being quite hot. We had to have a door removed to get our couch through, and they jumped quickly to work and got them into the house.
I would absolutely recommend them for anyone - hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon, but if we do, I would absolutely use them again in the future. Thanks much!

Our movers were fantastic. We hired them to load and unload for 2 hours but they stayed for 3 and a half hours—and helped us dissemble a tricky couch. They were fast, efficient, and treated our belongings carefully. Damon was extremely communicative throughout the process and leading up to our move. We can’t recommend these guys enough.

The customer can expect to feel relieved. We understand that moving in itself can be overwhelming so we try to make it as quick and easy as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer can prepare by making sure that all household pets and anything that can prevent the movers from moving in a safe timely manor are put away and that all entrances and walkways are clear.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled anything from small local moves, office moves, long distance moves. Pod load ups and unloads.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My personal favorite part of being a mover is the fact that you get to physically stay in shape while extending a helping hand. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone who’s in need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice proper lifting techniques, how to wrap furniture, ways to dolly items with out damaging furniture, and how to properly communicate when a item is simply too heavy or awkward to carry by oneself.
