Tony and Martin did a great job. They loaded a 26' truck in about 3 1/2 hours, working really hard the whole time. The guys who unloaded two days later said it was unusual to see a truck packed that tightly. Thanks!!

Unfortunately, Brandon and Alfonso were coming from a morning job and showed up at 2pm after I had reserved a window of arrival between 12-1pm. I spoke to their supervisor, Russell, who acknowledged the problem and sent an additional helper, Tola, at no cost to me. This was very helpful, except Brandon became ill partway through our job and had to stop working. I understand these things happen, but candidly, had I not begun moving things inside on my own at 12pm, there's no way we'd have even come close to finishing the job -- unfortunately we didn't fully finish the job, as I had intended after bringing things inside myself for two hours to have the guys put together two beds and a crib, and they were only able to get through one bed and the crib.
Alfonso worked hard the entire time and after Tola arrived, he also worked very hard. They were all respectful of our belongings, though Brandon did make several comments about things being "too heavy", which wasn't entirely accurate and was frankly unnecessary.
Honestly, these guys have really strong reviews and I understand everyone has a bad day, but I would certainly think twice before using them again.
I would rank this job a solid 4 stars but no worries. Thanks so much for your business!
