The first group were great especially Thomas! When the boss came and sent him off to another job things went down hill a bit because the boss was on the phone mostly while still trying to figure out the set-in program. I didn't get to leave Thomas a tip but of all five Thomas was No. 1.
The second group of two did a very good job on a timely basis.

They adapted well under pressure! At no fault of Russell, one of the two guys didn’t show up. The one guy worked very hard by himself until another replacement could come help. Russell stayed in touch with me as he was trying to find help and was willing to adjust the price based on the no-show. Very professional approach to a frustrating situation!

We would not use the services again as these were not professional movers. It was very clear that they did not know how to professionally pack a POD and would not use the blankets or packing material to protect our items after repeated requests. One of the movers even complained when items were too heavy. We had to go back in and wrap items with the blankets and packing material to be sure the items would be protected for shipping. We have contacted Hire a Helper and opened a claim.
