The movers showed up on time, worked hard, and were generally pleasant. The only issue was they were told it was a two hour job, when in fact I had reserved them for 4 hours (I had a confirmation email). My wife had to help them unload, as they told her they were only there for 2 hours. When she got hold of me (I was at work), I told her it was 4 hours. The older of the two gentlemen seemed perturbed when he confirmed that with his supervisor, and was in a hurry to get out after that. I realize it was a failure to communicate, but my wife wore herself out unloading, and that is what I was paying them for. But, lesson learned, make sure when they show up that everyone is on the same page.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this moving company! They arrived early, were personable, and moved our items with the utmost care. I will certainly hire them again the next time we move and highly recommend them to anyone weary of hiring outside help. They were lifesavers and completed the job in less than two hours.

I have moved a lot in my long lifetime (76). But this crew was the VERY VERY best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They were on time, made the most of their time allotted, and were mindful of when then ran out of time to tell me so I could approve overtime, which I did. They did their best to get the materials in the right room when we arrived, and were eager to help me move any boxes around that I needed. Not only were they professional, but they completed the move with a wonderful sense of humor and were very nice guys on top of the great work they did. As far as I know all of my possessions came through the move unscathed. YES I would use them again!!!!!!!

2nd time we've used Gorilla Men in 3 years. Showed up on time, moved me in the SNOW. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Hard Working and Efficient!!! Will use them again in Future.

They were prompt, efficient and knew how to get the most stuff loaded into the truck I had. Once they had introduced themselves and I had shown them what was to be loaded, they proceeded to get everything into the truck and ensure that it was stable for the drive. Everything arrived in really good condition, so they obviously knew what they were doing.
