Upon my unload in Lakeland Florida on 9/21, we found significant damage to the washer and dryer. The moving company advised that they believe washer and drying may not have been securely packed. Freight trailer was not unpacked in Lakeland Florida until 9/21 as a result of Hurricane Irma. We also found upon testing the washer that we have to manually advance the dial in order to complete a wash cycle. I filed a claim on 9/28. Frank Schwartz

Plus the way they packed everything into the truck was like a game of tetris, everything fit perfectly. They had great attitudes and easy to work with.
