They did arrive on time. My initial order was for 3 movers for 4 hours. Then that was changed to needling a forth guy, which if he was really needed, I was okay with that. However, the Forth guys showed up a few hours later and didn't do much. (Unlessit involvedhis cell phone) He was there to help move my treadmill because it's so heavy, but as it turned out the man in charge and my self did most of the moving of the treadmill. So, I was charged for a lpp0ml man that was NOT needed!! Then, unloading at my new home, which was 4 Houses down, they stacked my LABELED BOXES in my garage. Some were stacked, several were just thrown. They clearly said where they said the were to go. My childerns hockey table legs were clearly broken. Only one of our beds were put together. Currently, I'm still sleeping on my couch. They took my front door off at my old house and never put it back on. So the left me to do. And my flat screen TV, large wood desk, and a few heavy bins are still sitting at my old house. I am just very disappointed in the service I received and the cost I had to pay.

Nick and CJ arrived on time and began working very hard after a quick tour of the 6 bedroom house. They packed the truck with speed and efficiency, using every cubic foot of space! Very respectful and good senses of humor. Job was bigger than we thought, and they kept going strong for 12 hours!!! we'll definitely use them when we move again in 7 months!!! Excellent job!!!

Hands down these guys rocked! They called me within 24 hours of me booking even though my move wasn't scheduled for a few weeks. I updated them as our move got closer and fell into the time frame we had hired them for. Nick and Chris did a fantastic job and knocked it out with 10 minutes to spare. They were professional and friendly and very hard working. We will use Gorilla Men again when we move out of our apartment and into our home. Thank you, Kyle for running a great business.

They were great! Very hard workers and knew how to pack a pod efficiently. My only negative is they do not refund hours. So if you book four hours but only use them for three you still have to pay for the unused hour so book your one wisely.

The labor was friendly and efficient but several pieces of kitchen wear was broken when I got into the boxes and a television set has a cracked screen. I can't be sure if it was done by this crew or the previous moving crew that loaded me. All I know is a bunch of stuff is broken. Use again. No too expensive and I'm not sure I trust them to be careful with my valuables.

One of the movers had a problem when the job when over the allotted time on the July 4th holiday weekend. It was Saturday and he possibly had plans for the rest of the day (?). The job was to take 4 hours. It took 6 hours, in part, because the movers packed the 20 foot U-Haul ineffectively such that they had to return a second time for the couch which did not (but could have) fit into the trailer if packed differently. It was a one bedroom house. Sorry guys. I was not thrilled with the attitude. However, they were great with being careful with the stuff & I did give a $20.00 tip to each young man.
