Professional Moving Services are a top notch company.

Good things: they unloaded everything where I asked them to and they were on time.
Not so good: they smelled. I get it, they do manual labor, but we were a 9:00am appointment. There's no way you worked hard enough before 9am to smell like you've not bathed or put on deodorant in a week. Then one guy kept checking his phone and was complaining a ton. The larger gentleman didn't complain but he dropped a table on his foot which further slowed him down adding to their already sluggish movement. It took these guys two hours (they put 2h 15m) to unload one and a half 16' PODs. They guys who loaded these things took about the same time but had to wrap things in shrink wrap, carry furniture down two flights of stairs and were able to accomplish the load in a much more efficient manner.
All of this I might be willing to overlook. They didn't over charge me and they got done what I asked. At this point they'd probably get a 2-3 star rating as they'd probably be below average.
Here's what kicked this to one star. One guy used a lighter to cut the ropes securing our things in the POD. When I first saw him use it, I thought it was a weird way of doing that but it got the job done, except later as I was looking at things, I found burn marks in furniture. Burn. Marks. I'm so very unhappy and I would never recommend this service to anyone. The worst thing is that I already signed off on the document saying they didn't break anything so it's my fault for trusting that that did their job correctly.

Excellent service! Two very hardworking professional men. They were pros and packed my pod perfectly. I'd hire them again any day. They even showed up last minute for me (8:20pm) because my original hire no showed! Thank you to professionalmen!!!

Hired three guys to unload my uHaul. Showed up a little late, but hit the ground running. Was quoted for 2 hours and they finished 15 minutes early. No sketchy slowdowns to get extra time. The three guys all were very nice.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
