Once workers arrived they did a great job. They were an hour and a half late from agreed-upon time. We received no phone call or indication that they would be late. They would have received a 5-star rating had they been on time.

Ed, Theron, and Ian assisted with my move, they were awesome. The four of us had a ton of laughs, worked hard and the move was made very enjoyable by them. They were on time, worked hard, very respectful of the property and knowledgeable on how to pack the truck. I highly recommend using them!

Didn't show up with any hand trucks or moving dollies and was upset I asked for 4 guys. Said I didn't need 4. Only dropped a couple things, but didn't pack storage unit very efficiently. Only took an hour (why I wanted 4 guys) like I was hoping, but wouldn't recommend. Not professional movers.

Overall the two helpers were very professional and did a good job of loading our Pod and wrapping up the furniture with the blankets we provided them. They arrived on time. We booked them for 3 hours which should have been enough time for the load. We had to pay for two extra hours because the helpers did not come with the correct equipment. They arrived by car and did not have the furniture dolly, hand truck or tools to disassemble the furniture. They only had Phillips screwdriver and a pair of pliers. My husband had to buy the other tools because ours were packed. He also had to help take the furniture apart. We paid the extra two hours but think we should have been credited.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
