They were on time, kept working the entire time, and I would definitely hire them again.

I would never use again. I hired this company to load my pods and they did a great job sent a good crew. However I had to hire them three times to unload my pod due to community restrictions and they sent two great guys and an overweight sweating guy who could not carry items and an old man who tripped up my stairs and scratched my floors. After his third fall I had to ask him to leave me home. Not professional and no apology from the owner. WHY on earth old you send a 60 year old out of shape old man to carry furniture. PAY the extra and choose someone else.

The guys showed up on time and got right to work. I thought the job should take about two hours. The guys were done in just under one hour. Very professional, courteous, and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

They were on time and careful, but they were not at all efficient. I would say they left well over 1/3 of the volume of my Pod unused, leaving a lot of items not packed. I feel I would have done a much better job doing the work on my own. I do not recommend them at all, the service was a waste of money.

Professionalmen Moving did a fairly good job with our unload. They were careful with our things and friendly. One thing I wish was better was the communication with the company. I called twice before their arrival to verify they were coming, but didn't receive a call back until they were 15 minutes away. Also, the guys seemed fairly tired and slow moving, but that may have been due to their workload that day. The unload ended up taking longer than loading which usually isn't the case. Overall they did good job, but might consider other options or hiring more workers next time.

The crew was not strong enough to carry the furniture securely. They nicked and gouged my walls in at least five different places, even though I asked them to break the furniture down so it would be easier to carry. Also, I had to help one of the workers move one of my statues because the other mover was not strong enough to do the work. I had another crew I hired through your services in November 2017 move the same furniture between the same two condominiums, but in the opposite direction. That crew did the work without damage to furniture or walls and they did it in less than two hours. This crew did a sloppy job and it took them 2 1/2 hours to do it. I cannot recommend their services to anyone. And, since I ordered their services through you I don’t feel I could recommend your services anymore either. I specifically asked you to send the same crew you sent to me in November, but you didn’t do so. Although I liked the crew and thought they were personable and courteous, I’m very unhappy with the work they did yesterday.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
