My move (unload only) should have only taken 4 hours as contracted. Instead it went just under 4.5 hours which caused a huge charge for an extra hour. The first two hours went very well, but after that it went downhill quickly as the workers slowed down and spent a bunch of time on their cell phones when nobody was watching. Needless to say we found 'HEAVY' boxes misplaced after they were gone, causing my wife and I (in our sixties) to move the contents to another floor. I still managed to leave a nominal tip which was not appreciated by the lead person as he ignored us on his way out. The good news is nothing was broken and our home was NOT damaged.
On behalf of our Entire team, we are truly sorry that you did not receive the level of service that was expected. Your two 26 foot trucks were emptied Very quickly by a 5 man team instead of the 4 man team you hired (at no added charge). However it seems a lack of communication on our part caused some items to be placed in the wrong areas. We will work hard to create a better experience and hope you give us a chance to make it right in the future.

Apollo and Thomas were great! They showed up exactly when they said and worked hard to finish the loading job within the time allotted. Careful with all the furniture and fitting the puzzle pieces into the container. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Very professional and friendly. Got the job done in a timely manner. Communicated effectively and wanted to meet my needs and expectations. They brought necessary equipment like dollies, platform with wheels, and wrap. Obviously knowledgeable about moving. Would definitely love to have this team again!

Other than being an hour late, which they called to explain so that helped, but everything else went well. The move went over by half an hour which increased the cost so I would suggest that if they are substantially late the customer should get a break if they go over the predetermined time limit. Both guys were very friendly and worked very hard to get the truck loaded.

I felt like time was wasted on purpose. A lot of talking and laughing and joking instead of working. Went over my reserved two hours and started charging per hour. I had to have them leave and finish the job myself. In 3 1/2 hours they only had 1/2 of the POD storage packed. I dissasssmbled all beds and tables and took all my boxes downstairs to save time and they still couldn't get it done. They damaged my walls, floor, and broke a porch step. They spent first 45 minutes trying to figure out how to move a simple desk downstairs. What a waste of over $400.00. I only had 2 bedrooms, 2 dining tables, a refrigerator a desk and 2 end tables, 3 console tables and about 40 boxes. They only moved the desk, refrigerator, the bedroom sets, and about 10 boxes.

On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
