Amazing job!! I was able to schedule our appointment one day before we moved. It was last minute timing on my part but these guys arrived on time and hit the ground running! They were courteous, friendly and extremely hard working men. I highly recommend you use their professional service for your moving needs. Excellent job guys!!!

We agreed to change the time frame for our job to accommodate their morning job. Then they wanted to change again because their job changed. We made it clear we were picking the truck up at 2 PM and that we wouldn't be back at our house until 3 PM for them to start the job. We were fortunate that we were able to pick the truck up earlier than we had expected. As we were heading back to our house with the truck we had several missed phone calls. They called to see if we were still on because of the rain-moving stops for nothing. And they were calling to say they were in our town, etc. We arrived back at our house at 2 PM, 1 hour prior to when we had them scheduled to show, and they were there already. Moving is stressful enough without all the changes and multiple phone calls and the surprise of them being early. Roland, the business owner/lead did a wonderful job. The young guy he had with him stopped helping carry things out of the house after about and hour and was only on the truck organizing stuff..... and standing around waiting for Roland to bring more to him. This slowed the job down tremendously. So much so that they went an hour over the 2 hours we had booked. Honestly, I could foresee them going half an hour over, but I feel that the extra 30 minutes would not have been needed if the younger guy would have helped more with the actual labor of the job. I strongly believe in supporting family owned businesses and that is why I chose them. Roland even commented at the end that it is hard to find good work, in regard to his employee. The truck was super packed and we were happy with the final result. Just not trilled with the work ethic and effort given by the younger gentleman and the time issues and multiple phone calls.

The guys that came to help were wonderful! They were quick about packing and careful with items they moved. They packed and stacked my items in the pod so well I could almost use less pods then were recommended to me. I hope to get the same moving crew when I am ready to unload the pods.

Our small family business greatly appreciates our customers and the amount of trust, time and effort it takes to choose us to help with your move. When you book our team you will receive a phone call to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have. You will have our Direct contact number just in case you need any assistance up to and after your move date. Feel free to ask questions whether you book us or not. We're happy to help!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
