The guys were not only on time, but were able to come earlier than expected.....this allowed us to finish up with time to spare. They even brought their own dolly and furniture dolly to help with the couch move - unbelievable! It was very refreshing and very much appreciated that they were smiling, extremely polite and worked so very hard to complete the job - which was not easy. I WILL CALL FOR THEIR HELP AGAIN! Please let them know how very much we appreciated their hard work!

Lester and Terrell came 5 minutes early, were hard working and professional. They took great care in unloading my truck full of breakable items! They were very pleasant with me as they worked and I will definitely being hiring them again!

4 workers came, 2 older guys worked their tails off. 2 younger guys were just okay. The only thing I would recommend is that the younger guys pay more attention to the writing on the boxes. All boxes had a location in the home they were supposed to go in. I found a few boxes in the wrong room. I would recommend them again, especially the 2 older guys.

They were on time, however they did not bring the requested shrink wrap for furniture. I had to make a run to the Uhaul store to grab some. They did reimburse me for it. Otherwise they worked hard in the oppressive heat.

They were on time and very friendly and helpful, They even offered advice to help me save space in my storage units. They all worked very hard and even provided security for my POD when we moved the loads around to the apartment. On the second load they went the extra step of loading boxes in the back of their truck. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs help in their area.

Our small family business greatly appreciates our customers and the amount of trust, time and effort it takes to choose us to help with your move. When you book our team you will receive a phone call to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
