We got a phone call stating that they had run into traffic problems and would be running 30 minutes late. They showed up within the new time window.
When they arrived they were polite, friendly and eager to get started moving what needed to be moved. They first asked what is being moved and to where it was being moved to. I gladly showed them the furniture and the rooms everything was going to. They expressed concern for the narrow hallway by offered solutions and said we could take off a door and put blankets on the floor to keep from damaging any furniture.
In the end this worked out wonderful and everything went into the rooms we needed them into with no damage the furniture.
The gentlemen worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. We were very happy with the work and would hire them again and recommend them.

Little Justin's Moving Co was awesome. They called the day after I requested a mover, to verify my information. They called when they were a couple of minutes away. For two people, the guys worked fast and efficiently. I would use these guys again. They had tools to take apart and put back together a bed frame. I highly recommend these guys.

The two gentlemen who completed our loading job were wonderful. They were very professional. They were efficient in loading the trailer. I really appreciated the fact that they treated our property like it was their very own. It was handled with care. I highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.

We could not have been happier with Little Justin's Moving. They we're nothing but professional, curtious, and respectful even despite us being the fourth job on a 90+ degree day.
We needed help loading our apartment into a rented truck which we drove 300+ miles. I was surprised how efficiently and tightly they packed the truck. Despite the miles, not a single item was scratched or damaged at the end of the journey.
We had an overly large couch that was incredibly difficult to get into the apartment. They were able to get it out in seconds without any issues.
Without hesitation, I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get some extra help. They were by far the best money I spent throughout the entire move.

No they were not on time. They were 3 to 4 hours late.
No they were not prepared. They sent 2 young kids with no supervision. They had no materials or tools. I had the supply and pay for blankets from the rental truck. They did not have strap and had to continually borrow my tool. They were unaware of where we were moving to.
Yes these 2 boys busted their butts.
Yes they were respectful to me, but we had a lot of damage to property.
Never would I use them or your company again, ever.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
