This company was fantastic and very accommodating. They were flexible with my move being pushed back a couple hours and were not upset at all. Booked 2 guys for 2 hours and they showed up with 3. They knew exactly what to do, and how to move big furniture items in a professional manner. Will definitely contact Little Justin's should I move in the future.

My moving men were David and Austin. They were an hour late. But I am not going to hold it against them. Their GPS probably took them over the turnpike and down I476. They probably crawled all the way down 476.
They were worth the wait. They came in and got right to work. Both were personable and took great pride in their work. They worked well as a team; having my two 16' Pack Rat containers loaded in three hours.
The reason I hired Little Justins was because I was concerned my belongings would not fit in the containers. I also wanted the loads in the containers balanced. It looked good when they were finished. Both guys assured me nothing is going shift.
I was planning to unload the containers myself when my house is built. But I think I'm going to use Little Justins. I want David and Austin to be my movers again.

They were able to pack the truck exceptionally well, which eliminated at least one trip during our short move. Both men were very polite and respectful and obviously concerned about not doing any damage to our furniture or new home. Overall they did the job well and quickly. There was some confusion over the time they were supposed to arrive, though that was partially my fault as I had rescheduled (and they were very flexible). I would use them again.

The movers were on time, actually they were early! Both of the men were polite and easy to work with. They were skillful, focused, and had the tools they needed. This is my second time using Little Justin's Moving Company, and I would certainly use them again!

The guys that came to my house were absolutely wonderful. They managed to pack more into my POD than I ever thought possible. The were polite, hardworking, and absolutely delightful to work with. I would recommend this team for anyone that wants a truly professional team to load their furniture and belongings.

The workers came about 15 minutes late, but did call to let me know they weren't far away. They were not prepared for the job - I was told that they would wrap the furniture. They said the boss did not provide them with the wrap. These were two young men and they took two hours to load the dining room and one bedroom into the moving van. They worked at a slow pace in my estimation and they did not get everything done in the two hours. I do think they were respectful of the property and goods, but I would not use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
