Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. They were on time and prepared. This was an unpleasant situation with hostile people on site. I warned them of what they might encounter being a crazed ex and a marine brother but they were in and out of there in 2 hours and i was not on site with them. All they had was a list. They got everything on it, They were very respectful of my property given the need to move FAST and it goes without saying they worked HARD, I would absolutely use them again..hopefully in a MUCH calmer situation :)

I am very disappointed with Little Justin's Moving Company. They showed up late but did call to inform me. None of my valuables were securely wrapped or properly placed. They were not prepared for the job with the correct moving supplies as indicated. Every piece was damanged either broken, dented, or chipped. Now I have to replace all my furniture and pick up the bill. I wouldn't reccommend this moving service to ANYONE!! I even called the owner after my things arrived to explain the situation hoping to resolve it. He didn't even have the decency to return my voicemail/phone calls. A horrible and very frustrating experience with unreliable service.

Patrick and David of Little Justin's Moving Company arrived on time and were ready to get to work. They worked every minute of the three hours I had hired them for. They knew exactly what to do and had no problem determining how to move large objects and did a fabulous job packing the truck so everything would ride without any difficulties. They were very careful with every item, and besides that were very personable and easy to work with. David and Patrick were a tremendous help and worth every penny. I would use them again without question. Kudos for a job well done!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
