_ The labors were very late and didn’t notify me until after I contacted their supervisor.

- Labors didn’t wrap my furniture after management stated they would and they also confirmed upon arrival. This resulted in at least one of my pieces of furniture being damaged; I’m unsure of the rest, because my POD hasn’t been delivered. I did notify management last week and still hasn’t received a response/ resolution. I’m highly dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend them.
