They made it within the time frame that they said that they would. Called me about 2 hours prior to the job just to open the line of communication which was great. Only delay was that they were physically tired already rather from the drive or from a previous job just they set up the items as asked including assembling the bed. Would definitely recommend for someone that wants a company that’s going to show up and do the work.

The movers showed up 1.5 hours after my appointment window, they did call during the appointment window to let me know. They did not move as fast as other movers I have used in the past. I did most of the work moving what I could into my storage container before they arrived. They moved all of my heavy furniture and I believe they’re still in good condition. I pre booked for 4 hours but only needed 1.5 as I moved most of my boxes myself prior to their arrival with the help of a friend. When I asked for a refund for the unused hours knowing I was required to pay the 2 hour minimum I was told I could only be refunded for 1 of the 2 unused hours, with no explanation given. I would not use this company again.
