I want to thank the gentlemen from Vicky Lu's Moving and Hauling. They were professional, prepared and really worked hard to load my items from a 3 bedroom house for my cross country move to California. They were great to work with and completed the load in the required amount of time which was 3 hours.
I appreciate they were respectfully and I appreciate the updates from the company via text and phone regarding their estimated arrival. I recommend Vicky's through Hire A Helper. In fact, I appreciate the service so much that I will use them to unload and load in San Diego and my final destination in the Bay Area!

They had a difficult job ,they had to fill a 26’ truck with a 27’ of household goods. Had to all fit or I would have to leave it behind. I moved out of state. They got it all in with only two”ish” items being damaged. The damage with minimal and I would not complain because they did what I needed, where super nice and very polite. In the end the damage could have been a combination of of thing including my husband’s driving. I would recommend highly.

The 3 gentleman that were sent worked very hard. They moved me in and did a great job not breaking one item that I packed. They were very kind and polite. They made me feel at ease about the job they did. They also worked well together as a team. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I never have very high expectations of movers because I have had some do good work, and some do virtually nothing but complain the whole time. The movers that showed up today from Vicky Lu’s were a cut above. I reserved 2 movers for 4 hours, but 3 showed up on time and were done in 2 hours on the dot. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they packed my pod with meticulous precision. The puzzling they did is highly impressive and left me plenty of room for my odds and ends to fit. That takes some serious skill!

They called two hours earlier and said they were targeting 1:00-1:30 vs the 2:00 time and that was wonderful to get a jump start on our move. They then called and said they would arrive in 20 minutes and they began working at 1:10 - this was perfect for us. They were very prepared for the move and brought all supplies (like clear plastic wrap and dolly) and worked non-stop. They were very careful of our furniture and ensured it was safely stowed in the truck which they loaded very wisely showing they had a good amount of experience. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
