I chose these movers because they had great ratings and were priced well. I regret that decision.
The movers arrived an hour early and tried to start charging me at that time, but I refused since I didn’t even have the truck when they drove up and asked what time they should be back. They did not follow my request to load heavy furniture and large boxes first, which led me to have to hire additional movers the next day rather than being able to use my truck to move the remaining items myself. Instead of wrapping my couch like they said they would, they left it unwrapped and dragged the back of it on the ground leading it to get dirty. They asked me after each box what should be loaded next - I am not a moving professional and thought I was hiring moving professionals who could strategize that for me. While unloading, they asked me where each box should go even though most boxes were clearly marked and I asked them to put anything they weren’t sure of in the living room multiple times - they kept asking me with each box which was very annoying and frustrating. I dismissed them after the first unload rather than incurring additional charges with unprofessional movers who tried to scam me. I would have been better off (financially and mentally) paying friends to do the job for me.
I was refunded the half-hour that they did not use, but I still feel that I way overpaid for the work that was done. Would not recommend at all.

After calling 2 weeks prior to the move and discussing an arrival time between 9 and 10 I called at 0930 to see where they were. I was told he had me scheduled for an afternoon move. Needless to say I wasn't happy. They arrived at 1245. I was not happy. I had them scheduled for 4 hours. I called back and told them I did the work I only wanted them for 2. The workers didn't really work very hard and they didn't pack the truck very well. I would not recommend this company.

Both of the men were doing a careful and well organized job of moving and packing up the moving truck. They were courteous and kind and finished just a little over the two hours we requested. I would use them again in the future if I needed another job.
