Appointment made for 7- 8am. Workers got there at 10am. They did a great job!
However, because I prepaid for 4hrs & the job only took 2. It took several phone calls to get my extra 2hrs refunded. The moving co made the final call to do so. " Hire a helper" only offered a 10% refunded.
I'd recommend the moving co, NOT Hire a Helper website!

On time, to the point, and done. After moving across the US, we didn’t want to lift anymore boxes and just wanted to rest. Dave and Travis arrived ready to get to work and finalize our move. We will be using them again!

The movers themselves were nice. The company on the other hand was also nice but I believe were just overbooked and couldn’t handle the job which wasn’t that difficult. They changed the time they were starting. Then called the day of to say they might not show and would it be possible to change days!!! I already had 2 trucks and would not have been able to switch days. I had to scramble to get other help. Then heard they would be able to come but later. Then the guys took longer to arrive then they said. So by the time they arrived I had the whole storage unit emptied. They only work for 50 minutes. The original person I dealt with did apologize and offer a discount for the trouble which I didn’t really receive. Would NOT recommend!!!
