Very prompt! They were prepared, and worked very quickly to get my truck packed. What would have took me about 4 hours took them an hour and a half! They even double checked to make sure there was nothing else I needed them to get. They were very gentle with my items and even assisted with breaking down a bed frame I was struggling with. They were both friendly and updated me as the process went. I would definitely use them again!

Capital Movers did a wonderful job! They were SO fast and treated our stuff with care. They moved us from our 1 bedroom apartment that was on the second floor to another 1 bedroom also on a second floor in just under 3 hours. Very impressive! We had a lot of furniture too! Ben and Darius were outstanding. They had experience packing a POD, hustled throughout the process, were careful with every piece. By careful packing, they filled the POD right up to the closure door. It was a tight load, just what we wanted and needed. I am requesting both men to help us unload when we move back in to the renovated apartment in December. I’m insisting on it!

Did a great job. They were on time, very helpful and accommodating to make sure everything was to my liking. Clean out the storage units (paper on floors, etc.}. Placed stuff in new location as requested. Notified me before moving of any items that were already damaged and provided photos.
