They only showed up with one dolly, not two. But once started, they worked hard and were respectful. I’d have them again. They think efficiently and lift heavy objects... many movers can’t do both.

These guys were fantastic!! They rearranged things so all of my stuff fit in one storage unit and they took great care of my things!!! I will hire them again!!!

They worked hard and were generally careful with movement and placement of items. The sole exception was a heavy armoire that needed to be carried up a curved staircase where they cracked the banister, broke the edge of a stair and put some chips in the wall.
In all fairness, we did not convey the size, weight, and potential difficulty of the item and they were unprepared attempting to move the item with a dolly because they were lacking appropriate straps to move the item independently.
Difficult items should be disclosed explicitly to ensure your movers are prepared

Michael and Rene were prompt, courteous and prepared Upon arrival. . They did not offer to wear a mask. I hired for two hours. They finished the first task quickly but seemed impatient when they had to wait briefly to complete the second task Which required packing heavy items into a vehicle. They did so haphazardly. They still finished under two hours.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
