Wonderful team of movers!! Super efficient and respectful. The communication leading up to the move was fantastic and the customer service from each person was second to none.

They were very friendly and kind, but skirted away quickly when things needed put together, deferring the job to the other one. They were quick to be done, which ended up being fine due to the service. They dropped a bed frame on my foot, just watching it fall. They were a little careless moving into a brand new home, the first item they brought in they scuffed the wall. There are many scuff marks throughout the house. They pulled their moving cart across the new sod and then again across the carpets, being careless in their movements.
They got the job done, and I didn't have to heavy lift things in and out of the house, therefore, they were okay.

The team sent to help us load our POD were wonderful. Ben and his partner were on time. They were very prepared to do the job. We explained what we needed done and they quickly went to work loading some very heavy furniture into the POD. They worked extremely hard from the time they showed up until they were finished. Would definitely use them again!

Besides the lack of masks, making our mattresses dirty even though they had mattress covers, damaging our dresser and just wasting time talking amongst themselves, I was completely dissatisfied with the service they provided. I do not recommend Christian Veteran Movers. So disappointed especially since I’ve seen the multitude of good reviews on here for them. Once they left we had to rearrange the whole truck because of how bad they did it themselves.

Not on time. Poorly trained, they did not know how to load, damaged some priceless item, careless with my items, one worker was on phone 90% of time, both chatted too much, owner had to come help finish job.
I unfortunately gave them a second chance and it also did not go well. Would not recommend them on moving nice items.

I truly appreciate the assistance at the last minute. The movers had to endure 40 steps to get to my apartment. With that and hauling boxes and tubes, they completed the job before the time was up. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Fast and reliable service, due to covid all our crew wear mask and gloves during the move for everyone safety. And when you book with expect a call or text message within the hour of you booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
